Peach Salsa

Course Dip
Servings 2 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium peach diced
  • ½ small red onion diced
  • ½ jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove finely chopped
  • cup cilantro roughly chopped
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp powdered stevia
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
