Turmeric Vinaigrette

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp minced shallot
  • 1 tsp fresh sage
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
