Apple Spinach Smoothie

This anti-inflammatory apple spinach smoothie is a fresh take on the traditional green smoothie. It's just the thing to start your morning off right, or quench your hunger between meals while fueling your body with plant powered nutrients!

  • Blender


  • 1 Granny Smith apple peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh organic baby spinach
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ lime peeled
  • ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ orange peeled and pulled apart
  • 4 ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
