Spicy Hawaiian Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
  

  • 10 large eggs whisked
  • 10 oz chopped ham
  • 2 oz pineapple tidbits
  • 2 oz green bell pepper diced
  • 2 oz red bell pepper diced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Valentinas Mexican Hot Sauce drizzle on top
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add ham, green pepper and red pepper. Sauté for 3 – 5 minutes or until peppers are softened, adding pineapple just to warm.
  • In a separate large skillet, scramble eggs with salt and pepper to a soft scramble.
  • Add ham, peppers and pineapple.
  • Divide into 4 servings and top each serving with hot sauce to your liking.
