Country Fried Chicken
Yes, it's true! You can eat "fried" chicken on an anti-inflammatory diet if you skip the oil and look to your air fryer!
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 4 (8 oz each) chicken breasts with bone
- Olive oil spray
In a large zip top or resealable bag, combine flour and seasonings. In a shallow bowl, beat egg and milk. Dip chicken breasts into egg mixture, then add to bag, a piece at a time, and shake to coat.
Preheat air fryer to 370°F and spray basket with olive oil spray.
Place chicken in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 25 minutes, turning breasts half way through cook time.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
