We love spices at Vitality Consultants. And we love to spice up our protein, as well as vegetables. Try this steak spice not only on beef but as a dry rub for pork, chicken and seafood too!
- 3 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 ½ Tbsp powdered stevia or coconut palm sugar
- 2 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
- Place all the spices in a small glass jar and shake gently to combine. Yields 3/4 cup.
- Store for up to 6 months.
